Digital Products
The Party Factory sells digital, downloadable products. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, purchased digital files are for personal use only. You may print the files for your own personal events and celebrations.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial resale, or make the digital files available to others, whether in their original or modified form.

Downloads
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading and saving purchased files. Download availability may be subject to the limitations stated during checkout or in the download email.

Printing & Colors
Actual printed colors may vary depending on your monitor, printer, paper, ink, and print settings. The Party Factory cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on screen.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and other information are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information when necessary.

Intellectual Property
The Party Factory’s original designs, graphics, text, branding, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or grant rights beyond the license provided with that product.
